Are gratuities included?
We are dedicated to making each visit with us a great experience. A 20% gratuity will be added to your treatment upon check-out.

Are there services available for children?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to experience a massage or body treatment or to enjoy the spa facilities. Facials are available to anyone 16 or 17 years of age with a parent or guardian present in the treatment room, although locker area access will not be permitted. All ages are welcome to enjoy nail services; a parent or guardian must be present for the service.

How do I purchase spa services as a gift?
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Grand Cayman gift cards are available and can be applied towards the purchase of products or services in the spa. Gift Cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase. To purchase a gift card, visit the spa in person, or call (345) 815-6900.

How long before my appointment time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for proper check-in, changing, a few moments of steam, sauna, or soaking tub, and unwinding ahead of your treatment in the relaxation lounge.

What are the Fitness Center age requirements?
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, access to the Fitness Center is available to guests aged 18 years and above. Guests aged 16 to 17 years are welcome to use the facility with a signed authorization form from a legal guardian. For safety reasons, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted.
Kindly note that appropriate athletic footwear is required at all times.

What is the cancellation policy?
All services are reserved specifically for you. To avoid a full fee charge if you must cancel, we require six hours advance notice. A valid credit card is required to hold spa reservations for non-hotel guests.

What should I bring with me to the spa?
We kindly advise guests to bring appropriate swimwear when accessing the spa facilities. For your comfort, we provide a robe, slippers, and a locker with a jewelry box for your personal items. We also offer a full array of grooming amenities for use after your treatment.
